Create your own ceramic animal figurines in this beginner-friendly, two-part handbuilding workshop. Each session lasts approximately 3 hours (6 hours total). The first class focuses on building your figurine(s) by hand, and the second class is devoted to painting your finished forms with underglaze.
After the first class, your pieces will dry slowly and go through their initial kiln firing so they are ready to be painted during the second session. Once painted, your work will be clear-glazed and fired by our team. Finished pieces will be ready for pickup approximately 6–8 weeks after the second class.
Join solo or bring friends for a creative and social experience at the studio. Class size is limited to 10 participants, so early registration is recommended if you’d like to attend with a group.
All materials and tools are provided. We recommend wearing clothes you don’t mind getting a little muddy or bringing your own apron.
